2020-2024 Strategic Plan
The Georgia Division of Family and Children Services is committed to safe children, strengthened families, and stronger communities. Part of this commitment includes the establishment of the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan for the Division which allows us to operationalize our efforts towards achieving safety, permanency, self-sufficiency, and well-being for children and families. The process for developing this strategic plan began with the guidelines provided by the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget and culminated with the input of leadership, external stakeholders, and staff.
