Increased call volume

Due to increased call volume, EPPICard for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Cash Assistance and DHS/DBHDD Payroll AND EBT for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Program, customer service is experiencing higher than normal hold times to reach a customer service agent. Hold times do improve each evening between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
