Georgia Gateway is an eligibility determination system for a number of social benefit programs (Health Coverage, Child Care and Parent Services, Food Stamps (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Georgia’s CPS Centralized Intake Communication Center takes reports 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you have an immediate emergency, please call 911 or your local police department. |

Child Abuse Registry | Anyone can request a free Self-Check by going to any Georgia Division of Family & Children Services office (https://dfcs.georgia.gov/locations) they will be required to present government issued identification: State ID, Military ID, Driver’s License or Passport. Results will be emailed to the requester within 10 business days. This is the only way under GA law to request a self-check. |
