The 2019 Georgia Division of Family & Children Services Annual Report details accomplishments and highlights the real commitment to family and children that has characterized DFCS operations since its founding. The report provides updates on the State of Hope initiative, the Just Culture workforce model, the Click Safe system and a host of other statewide achievements. When families and communities have the resources needed to raise healthy, happy children, Georgia thrives.
2018
Annual Report
The Division of Family & Children Services 2018 Annual Report provides an overview on the agency’s overarching goals and initiatives during Fiscal Year 2018. Some of these initiatives included an effort to keep children safely at home with their parents, increased adoption activity, rapid housing and services for homeless customers, and a revised roadshow format.
2017
Annual Report
The Georgia Division of Family & Children Services 2017 Annual Report provides an overview of the agency’s operations and services to children and families. The report also provides an update on efforts to meet six strategic goals laid out in the Division’s Strategic Plan: Safety, Self-Sufficiency, Permanency, Well-being, Workforce and Stakeholder Engagement.
The Division of Family & Children Services’ County Board Reports are produced by County Advisory Boards annually. These reports provide a summary of the operations of each county office, as well as an assessment and recommendations made by the County Advisory Board.
