Disaster SNAP

The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP) provides temporary food assistance in the form of a one-time payment to low-to-moderate income households who lost income or sustained property damage following a disaster. 

D-SNAP for those affected by Hurricane Helene officially ended Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024. If you missed the D-SNAP application period or still need support, additional resources may be available through DHS's Division of Family & Children Services. Please call 877-423-4746 for more information.
