You can access over 3,000 statewide supportive family resources by calling 1-800-CHILDREN (244-5373) or going online to www.PCAGeorgiaHelpline.org to search the Resources Map by location. We’re here to answer simple questions or get you to the right resources for those harder issues. 1-800-CHILDREN is here to listen, here to help. 

The Helpline Is:

  • Toll Free
  • A safe place to discuss options
  • Open Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Professionally staffed
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • A source of information

The Helpline Is NOT:

  • A hotline or crisis line
  • A function of DFCS
  • Where child abuse reports are taken
